Early morning feeder filling

The three of us made it out to the lease early this morning to clear some shooting lanes and fill the feeders with about 800 pounds worth of corn. There is nothing worth noting on the camera except for a bunch of does and fawns milling around the feeder down in the creek bed. I counted about 8 big scraps down there...some pretty old and one that appears to be from last season. I went ahead and moved the camera to an area where I have seen some really big bucks late in the evening. Hopefully they will turn up...we will see?? On a side note, Keith claims that he can high jump the barbed wire fence gate at our airstrip pasture. I was worn out and hot at the time and did not feel like carrying him to the ER. That being said, I convinced him to hold off on his mad skills till next time. I will be sure to post the carnage on this blog. - Ryan
